However, since everyone has different requirements for feel, or due to slight changes that may occur during transportation, these are common situations. Only slight adjustments to the neck are required.

2.If you don’t play guitar for a long time, you need to relax the strings.

If the guitar is not played for a long time, the neck may be bent due to the tension of the strings, causing irreparable consequences. Therefore, it is recommended that if you do not play the guitar for more than a week, you can relax the strings by a whole tone (for example, if the first string is E, then you should relax the strings to D), but do not relax all the strings, because relaxing all the strings may cause Problems such as raised tail of the neck and high frets.

3. How to protect guitars from moisture and dryness

The most suitable temperature for guitar is 20-23℃, and the humidity is between 40%-55%. The weather in the north is low and dry, and the panel material may shrink due to being too dry, causing the neck to bend in the opposite direction, causing frets and even cracking of the panel. The weather in the south is hot and rainy, which sometimes causes problems such as expansion and degluing of the panel. In order to prevent the above situation, some necessary protective measures need to be taken accordingly. For example, in the northern region, a humidifier should be used to increase the humidity in the room and around the guitar; while in the southern region, some desiccant should be prepared and placed in the guitar box. Or use a dehumidifier, and you also need to prepare a thermometer to detect the surrounding temperature and humidity at any time and make adjustments according to the actual situation.

4. How to clean and maintain guitars

After playing the guitar, you should put the guitar back into the bag or case in time. It should not be left outside for a long time. The guitar is easily affected by the air temperature and humidity and may cause other unnecessary minor problems. After playing the guitar, you need to wipe the body, neck and strings with a cleaning cloth to keep the body clean at all times. If the guitar accidentally gets water or gets wet, please use a hair dryer with a cold wind setting to dry it. Do not use a hot air setting (the hot air setting used will most likely cause the panel to swell); in addition, if the guitar is left in the sun or in a car for a long time, The tail box and panels will cause premature yellowing and bursting, which cannot be repaired.

5. The guitar should avoid falling and collision.

Strong impact will cause the guitar to be severely cracked and irreparable. Slight impact may also leave flaws or paint cracks on the guitar. Therefore, please try to avoid collisions on the guitar and take good care of your guitar.

6. About string life

Strings are consumables. Calculated based on playing for 2 hours a day, generally the tension and tone of strings will weaken after about 3 months of playing, and they are prone to rust and breakage. Therefore, we recommend replacing a set of strings generally every 3 months. The specific replacement time can be adjusted slightly according to the length of your practice.

7. Please play your guitar often

Play your guitar frequently to keep all parts of the guitar fully vibrating. This is the best way to maintain your guitar, and it will also improve your guitar's quality accordingly.
